1. Using this website
By using the Evercroft website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, accounts, forms or other users. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use the website.
2. Website information and paid services
The public website explains Evercroft's home-management, Home Health Check, membership, professional and vendor-network offerings. Website content is general information and is not itself a service contract. The specific scope, fees, authorizations, cancellation terms, property-access rules and other service obligations for a customer relationship are governed by the applicable agreement and confirmed service records.
3. Home Health Check boundaries
Evercroft does not provide engineering opinions, code inspections, environmental testing, appraisals or licensed trade diagnoses unless a properly licensed third party is separately engaged for that work.
4. Emergencies and safety
Evercroft is not a substitute for 911, a fire department, police, emergency medical services, utility emergency service, alarm monitoring, or an appropriately licensed emergency trade professional. Fire, gas odor, active flooding, suspected carbon monoxide, electrical hazards, medical emergencies and other immediate life-safety situations should be directed to the appropriate emergency resource first.
5. Independent service professionals
Home-service professionals participating in the Evercroft network are independent businesses unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. Qualification, coordination or inclusion in the network is not a guarantee of availability, workmanship or outcome. Homeowner approvals, quote acceptance, payment responsibility and provider-specific warranties are handled according to the applicable Evercroft and provider agreements.
6. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Do not share passwords or attempt to access another user's account or records. Notify Evercroft promptly if you believe your account or property records may have been accessed without authorization.
7. Payments
Evercroft uses Stripe for online payment processing. Prices, billing intervals, included services and launch offers are shown in the applicable checkout flow and may change for future purchases. Existing paid relationships are governed by the terms applicable to that relationship. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe under Stripe's terms and privacy practices.
8. Public forms and submitted content
Information submitted through public forms should be accurate and relevant to the inquiry. Do not submit passwords, alarm codes, lockbox combinations, banking credentials, Social Security numbers or unnecessary sensitive information through public forms.
By submitting an inquiry, partner application or other request, you authorize Evercroft to use the information to respond, evaluate the request and administer the resulting relationship as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The Evercroft name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, processes and other Evercroft-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for your own personal or legitimate business interaction with Evercroft, but may not copy, republish, sell or create misleading derivative uses of Evercroft branding or proprietary content without permission.
10. Third-party websites and services
The website may link to Stripe, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Buffer, service professionals or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. Evercroft is not responsible for third-party website availability, security, content or practices.
11. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the website useful and current, but it may occasionally contain errors, outdated information or temporary interruptions. Service availability can vary by geography, provider coverage, property needs and operational capacity. No website statement creates a guarantee of service availability unless Evercroft confirms it for the specific request.
12. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the public website and general informational content are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or that all information will be error-free. These website terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, and they do not replace any warranties, obligations or limitations stated in an applicable signed Evercroft service agreement.

14. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use as Evercroft services, technology or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated when material changes are published.
