Founded & owned locally in Sterling, Massachusetts · Serving homeowners across Massachusetts
Evercroft Partners

Good home service deserves a better operating system.

Evercroft works with qualified Massachusetts trades and home-service professionals who value clear scopes, responsive communication, professional work and documented follow-through.

Important: Applying does not guarantee acceptance, assignments, exclusivity or a minimum volume of work. Evercroft qualifies partners independently and homeowners remain in control of provider and spending approvals.
Who Should Apply

Local professionals who want to do excellent work without the chaos around it.

Evercroft is building a curated Massachusetts service network across licensed trades, maintenance, exterior services, specialty home systems and other recurring homeowner needs.

01

Licensed & specialized trades

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, septic, generators and other work where licensing, registration or specialty qualifications may apply.

02

Home-service professionals

Landscaping, cleaning, painting, carpentry, gutters, pest services, appliance service and other dependable residential providers.

03

High-response local operators

Companies that communicate clearly, show up when promised, document completion and treat homeowners and their property professionally.

Becoming an Evercroft Partner

The process is deliberate.

Evercroft does not place a company into the member network simply because it submitted a form or paid a program fee. Qualification comes first.

01

Apply

Tell us about your company, primary trade, service area, experience and the type of work you want to support.

02

Evercroft review

We review service fit, geographic coverage, responsiveness, public business information and whether the network currently needs your trade.

03

Agreement + compliance

Approved candidates complete the Evercroft Partner Agreement and provide required documentation before activation.

04

Portal activation

Once onboarding is complete, Evercroft creates your provider record and gives your team access to the Partner Portal and opportunity workflow.

05

Earn trust through performance

Response time, quoting, reliability, completion documentation and homeowner feedback become part of the ongoing partner record.

What Being a Partner Entails

A closed-loop service workflow.

Evercroft coordinates the homeowner relationship and keeps the property record current. Partners focus on clear estimates, professional service and reliable completion.

1. Opportunity / RFQYou may receive a case-specific request for quote or an assignment opportunity. A request for quote is not authorization to begin work.
2. Quote + approvalSubmit scope, price, timing, exclusions and warranty details. Work proceeds only after the appropriate approval is documented.
3. Schedule + performCoordinate the appointment, communicate changes promptly and complete the work to the agreed scope.
4. Close the loopProvide completion notes, photos or other requested documentation so Evercroft can update the homeowner's permanent service history.
Partner Program

Qualification and paid participation are separate.

A program fee never buys Evercroft's recommendation, Preferred Status, guaranteed assignments or exclusivity. Preferred recognition is earned through readiness and performance.

Qualification

Approved Partner

Qualified for Evercroft work based on onboarding, agreement, compliance and operational review.

  • No paid program implied by approval alone
  • Subject to current compliance and availability
  • Performance is tracked independently
Response Program

Emergency Response Partner

$199/mo or $1,990/yr

For approved partners willing to make a documented emergency-response commitment.

  • All Network Partner benefits
  • Priority eligibility for emergency dispatch
  • Emergency-response performance tracking

Program pricing shown is current Evercroft pricing and may change for future enrollments. Paid participation never guarantees work. Immediate life-safety emergencies remain the responsibility of 911, utilities or the appropriate emergency service.

Operating Expectations

What a strong Evercroft partner relationship looks like.

Respond clearly

Acknowledge requests, provide realistic timing and tell Evercroft quickly when you cannot take the work.

Quote accurately

Define the scope, price, exclusions, expected timing and material changes before additional work is performed.

Protect the homeowner

Respect the property, privacy, access instructions and homeowner approvals. Never assume a quote request is permission to start.

Keep credentials current

Maintain applicable insurance, licensing and required documentation. Expired or missing compliance can pause new assignments.

Document completion

Provide completion information and requested photos so the Evercroft Passport accurately reflects the service history.

Earn future opportunity

Preferred recognition comes from actual reliability, service quality, communication and member experience—not simply paying a fee.

Partner Application

Partner FAQ

Before you apply.

Do I have to pay to submit an application?

No. Application and qualification come first. Any paid program option is discussed only after Evercroft determines that the company is a potential network fit.

Does becoming a paid Network Partner guarantee work?

No. Paid participation does not guarantee assignments, volume, exclusivity or Preferred Status. Work opportunities depend on member needs, service area, availability, compliance and performance.

Who decides whether a vendor is used for a homeowner?

Evercroft coordinates the process, but the homeowner remains in control of provider and spending approvals. Evercroft does not treat program fees as a substitute for qualification or homeowner choice.

How do quotes work?

A quote request is a request for scope and pricing only. It is not authorization to begin work or incur charges. Authorization is communicated separately after review and approval.

Where do approved vendors log in?

Approved partners receive Partner Portal access after onboarding. The portal is used for opportunities, quotes, assignments and completion updates.
